Before sending the emails out, ensure that the translation is working on the Wix Overview pages. If you notice that the translation works but the formatting is off in the translated version, please try to reformat the page before sending the email. (If you need help, please let me know. I know this step is a pain, but we’ll need to get through it while we’re working with the old WIx pages.)
